Prescription eyeglasses

How do I submit my prescription?

After you make a order, you can email your prescription to [email protected] . You can simply take a photo with your phone and attach the image in the email to us. Please include your name and order #. We will also reach out to you after your purchase if you have not provided your prescription to us.

When can I expect my order?

The processing time depends on the type of order, and when you place the order.

Estimated Shipping Times:

-Ships within 1-2 business days

Note: International orders will take additional time to arrive. The timing depends on your country.

How can I track my package?

After your order is shipped, you’ll receive an email with the tracking number for you to follow the progress. Currently we ship our packages through USPS. We’re as excited as you are to have the glasses delivered! 🙂

Do you ship internationally?

Yes, simply select the country at the dropdown at checkout. Please note that international packages may incur additional customs cost charged by your local government.

Returns and refund

Returns

Items shipped from simvey.net, can be returned within 30 days of receipt of shipment in most cases.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it.

Your item must be in the original packaging.

Your item needs to have the receipt or proof of purchase.

The purchase must have been made through our website, be in new condition and accompanied by a return authorization number (RMA).
A return authorization number (RMA) can be obtained by calling 419-359-0083 or emailing a request to [email protected] simvey is not responsible for return shipping costs.

Refunds

Items can be returned within 30 days of receipt of delivery using the Online Returns Center. It can take up to 25 days for an item to reach us once you return it.

Once we receive your item, we will inspect it and notify you that we have received your returned
item. We will immediately notify you on the status of your refund after inspecting the item.

If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your credit card (or original method of payment).

You will receive the credit within a certain amount of days, depending on your card issuer’s policies.
